BioGrademy’s purpose is to help people improve their lives via education. We make it possible for anybody, anywhere, to develop and distribute educational materials (instructors), as well as to learn from that information (students). Our marketplace approach is the most effective approach for us to provide our users with quality instructional information. For you, us, and our student and instructor community, we need regulations to keep our platform and services secure.
These Terms apply to all of your actions on the BioGrademy website, mobile apps, TV apps, APIs, and other associated services.
You must also agree to the Instructor Terms if you post content on the BioGrademy site. Our Privacy Policy also contains information about how we handle personal information about our students and educators.
Accounts Requirement
For the majority of our platform’s features, you’ll need to create an account. Because you’re liable for every activity linked with your account, keep your password somewhere secure. Please notify our Support Team if you feel someone else is using your account. To use BioGrademy, you must be of legal age in your country to consent to online services.
a) Most activities on our platform require an account, including purchasing and accessing content and submitting content for publication. You must give and continue to provide correct and complete details, including a valid email address, when creating and maintaining your account.
b) You are fully responsible for your account and everything that occurs on it, including any harm or damage caused by someone who uses your account without your consent. As a result, you must be cautious when selecting a password. You may not transfer your account to or utilize the account of another person.
3)Â If you contact us to request account access, we will not allow it unless you can give us the information we need to verify that you are the account’s holder. In the event of a user’s demise, that user’s account will be closed.
4) You may not share your account login credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for what happens with your account, and BioGrademy will not intervene in disputes between students or instructors who have shared account login credentials. You must notify us immediately upon learning that someone else may be using your account without your permission by contacting our support team.
5) To create an account on BioGrademy and utilize the Services, students and instructors must be at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18 but over the legal age to use online services in your jurisdiction, you may not create an account; however, we urge you to invite a legal guardian to create an account on your behalf and assist you in accessing content that is appropriate for you.
6) You may not create an BioGrademy account if you are under the age of permission to use online services. We will cancel your account if we find that you have established an account that breaks these rules. Before you can submit content for publication on BioGrademy, you may be asked to authenticate your identity under our Instructor Terms.
Content Enrollment and Lifetime Access
You acquire a license from us to see a course or other content via BioGrademy Services and no other usage when you enroll in one. Except when we are required to block content due to legal or policy reasons, or for enrollments through Subscription Plans, we normally provide you a lifetime access license.
When instructors post content on BioGrademy, they grant BioGrademy permission to sell the content to students under our Instructor Terms. This means we have the authority to sublicense the content to students who are enrolled. When you enroll in a course or other content, whether it’s free or paid, you’re granting BioGrademy a license to see it through the BioGrademy platform and Services, and BioGrademy is the licensor of record. You are granted permission to use the content rather than being sold it.
You do not have the right to resell the content in any way under this agreement.
We normally grant a lifetime access license to our students when they enroll in a course or other content. This lifetime access license does not apply to enrollments via Premium Services or to add-on features and functionalities linked with the course or other content you enroll in.
However, we hold the right to withdraw any license to access and use any content at any time if we decide or are obligated to do so for legal or policy reasons, such as if the course or other content you enrolled in is the subject of a copyright allegation or if it disregards our Trust & Safety Guidelines.
Refunds, Credits, and Payments
You agree to use an authorized payment method when you make payment. BioGrademy provides a 30-day refund or credit for most material purchases if you aren’t satisfied.
Pricing
The rates of BioGrademy content are set by the provisions of the Instructor Terms and our Promotions Policy.
Due to mobile platform providers’ pricing structures and restrictions regarding implementing sales and promotions, the price of content provided on the BioGrademy website may not always be the same as the price provided on our mobile or TV apps.
We provide promotions and sales for our content on occasion, during which selected content is accessible at a reduced price for a limited time. The price that applies to the content will be the price at the moment that you finish your content purchase (at checkout).
Because certain of our promotions are exclusively open for new users, any price provided for certain content may alter when you are signed in to your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in.
When you log into your account, the listed currency is determined by your location at the time you created your account.
If you are not connected to your account, the price currency is determined by your location. Users are not able to view prices in other currencies. If you are a student in a country where consumer transactions are subject to use and sales tax, goods and services tax, or value-added tax, we are responsible for handling and remitting such tax to the appropriate tax authorities.Â
Payments
You agree to pay the fees for the material you purchase, and you permit us to charge your debit or credit card or process other forms of payment for such fees. BioGrademy collaborates with payment service providers to offer you the most efficient payment methods available in your location while also safeguarding your payment information.
You agree not to use an incorrect or unauthorized payment method when you make a transaction. You agree to pay us the associated payments within thirty (30) days of receiving notification from us if your payment method fails and you still have access to the content you are enrolling in. We hold the right to restrict access to any content for which we have not been paid in full.
Refunds and Refund Credits
Follow the steps outlined here to seek a refund. Instructors acknowledge that students have the authority to receive these returns, as stated in the Instructor Terms.
If we decide to give refund credits to your account, they will be applied automatically to your next content purchase on our website, but not to purchases made through our mobile or TV apps. Unless otherwise required by law, refund credits may lapse if not used within the stated time and have no cash value.
If we suspect you are misusing our refund policy, such as if you have consumed a significant portion of the content you want to refund or if you have previously refunded the content, we reserve the authority to refuse your refund, limit future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all long term use of the Services at our discretion.
You will not be entitled to a refund if we suspend your account or limit your access to the content as a result of your violation of these Terms or our Trust & Safety Guidelines. You can find more information about our refund policy here.
Promotional & Gift Codes
Gift and promotional vouchers may be offered to students by BioGrademy or our partners. Certain codes can be claimed for a gift or promotional credits to be added to your BioGrademy account, which can then be used to buy eligible content on our platform, according to the terms of the codes.
Other codes may be redeemed for specific content directly. Our mobile and TV applications do not accept gift or promotional credits for purchases.
If not used within the time mentioned in your BioGrademy account, these coupons and credits, as well as any promotional value associated with them, may expire.
Unless otherwise specified in the restrictions included with your coupons or as required by relevant regulations, gift and promotional codes supplied by BioGrademy may not be reimbursed for cash. BioGrademy may choose which of your accumulated credit amounts to use for your purchase if you have multiple credit amounts saved.
Rules for Content and Behavior
BioGrademy can only be used for legal purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you publish on our platform. You must comply with our Trust & Safety Guidelines and the law while posting reviews, queries, posts, courses, and other content, and you must respect the intellectual property rights of others. We have the authority to suspend or terminate your account if you commit repeated or serious crimes.
Let us know if you believe someone is violating your copyright on our platform.
You may not access or use the Services for illegal purposes, nor may you create an account. Your activity on our platform and usage of the Services must comply with applicable local or national laws and regulations in your country.
You are completely responsible for becoming aware of and complying with any applicable laws and regulations.
If you are a learner, the Services allow you to ask instructors queries about courses or other content you are enrolled in, as well as publish content reviews. The instructor may ask you to submit materials as “homework” or assessments for certain topics.
BioGrademy reserves the right to enforce these Terms and our Trust & Safety Guidelines at its discretion.
 Content You Post on BioGrademy Has BioGrademy’s Rights
You hold ownership of all content, including your courses, that you post to our platform. We have permission to share your content with anyone via any medium, including advertising on other websites.
As a student or instructor, the content you publish (including courses) is yours to keep.
You grant BioGrademy permission to repurpose and share your courses and other content, but you retain all ownership rights to your content. If you’re an instructor, make sure you’re familiar with the content licensing terms in the Instructor Terms.
BioGrademy allows everyone to create and submit content, and we allow instructors and students to interact for teaching and learning. Some things can go wrong on BioGrademy, just as they can on other platforms where people can publish content and interact, and you use it at your own risk.
We do not review or edit content for legal matters, and we are unable to decide the legality of content due to our platform model. We have no editorial control over the content available on the platform, and as a result, we cannot guarantee the content’s reliability, validity, accuracy, or truthfulness in any way.
You may be exposed to content that you find insulting indecent, or objectionable as a result of using the Services. To the extent permitted by law, BioGrademy has no responsibility to keep such content from you and no responsibility for your access to or enrollment in any course or other content. This includes any content related to health, wellness, or physical activity.
You recognize the inherent risks and dangers in the strenuous nature of this type of content, and you select to assume those risks voluntarily by accessing such content, including the risk of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death. Before, during, and after your access to the content, you are solely responsible for the decisions you make.
The Rights of BioGrademy
We have the BioGrademy platform and services, including the website, any current or future apps, and services, as well as our logos, API, code, and employee-created content. You are not allowed to tamper with or use them without permission.
Subscription Terms
While accessing or using the BioGrademy platform and Services, you are not permitted to do any of the following:
Non-public areas of the platform (including content storage), BioGrademy’s computer systems, or BioGrademy’s service providers’ technical delivery systems may not be accessed, tampered with, or used.
Plans for Subscription
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and see the content included in that Subscription Plan via the Services during your Subscription Plan.Â
The scope, features, and price of your access to a Subscription Plan are determined by the subscription you purchase or renew. Your subscription cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared with anyone else.
We retain the right, at any time and at our absolute risk, to revoke any license to use the content in our Subscription Plans for legal or policy reasons such as if we no longer have the right to offer the content through a Subscription Plan.Â
Account Management
You can cancel your subscription by going to our Support Page and following the instructions. Your access to a Subscription Plan will automatically stop on the last day of your billing period if you cancel your subscription.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any fees already paid for your subscription upon cancellation. To be clear, canceling a subscription does not mean your BioGrademy account will be terminated.Â
Trials and RenewalsÂ
A free trial may be included in your subscription. Your subscription’s free trial period will be clarified at the time of sign-up. At our absolute risk, BioGrademy determines who is eligible for a free trial and may limit eligibility or duration. If we decide that you are not eligible, we hold the right to end the free trial and cancel your subscription.
At the end of your free trial period, we will charge you the subscription fee for the next billing cycle. Unless you suspend your subscription before the end of the free trial period, it will automatically renew according to your subscription settings (for example, monthly or annually). Billing and Payments
The cost of your subscription will be displayed at the time of purchase. You can discover more about where to find the fees and dates associated with your subscription on our Support Page.Â
We will keep renewing your subscription for the same length of time at the end of each subscription term.
Disclaimers Regarding Subscriptions
We make no promises about the availability of any particular information or the minimum amount of content included in any Subscription Plan. We hold the right to add or remove additional features from any Subscription Plan at any time in the future, as well as to revise or terminate a Subscription Plan at our sole discretion.

These Terms are similar to any other contract in that they contain boring but necessary legal terms that secure us from a variety of potential calamities and specify the legal connection between us and you.
Legal Binding Contract
You agree to engage in a contractual agreement with BioGrademy by registering, or using our services.
Disclaimers
Our platform may be unavailable due to planned maintenance or a technical issue with the site. It’s also possible that we’ll run into security difficulties. These are only a few instances.
Compensation
We may take legal action against you if you act in a way that puts us in legal trouble.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
When these Terms relate to “BioGrademy,” they’re referring to the BioGrademy entity with which you’ve entered into a contract. If you’re a student, your legal entity and governing law are usually defined by where you live.
Our Relationship
We concur that we do not have a partnership, alliance, employment, contractor, or agency relationship.
No Assignment
These Terms may not be assigned or transferred (or the rights and licenses granted under them). For example, if you created an account as a firm employee, you won’t be able to switch your account to another employee. Without limitation, we may assign these Conditions (or the rights and licenses granted under them) to another firm or person.
No right, advantage, or remedy is conferred on any third-party person or entity by these Terms. You acknowledge that your account is non-transferable and that upon your demise, all rights to your account and other privileges under these Terms will be terminated.
Revising Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to explain our practices or to address new or different practices (for example, when we add new features), and BioGrademy maintains the right to alter and/or change these Terms at any time in its sole discretion.
If we make a significant change, we will inform you in a prominent way, such as an email notification. Unless otherwise specified, changes will come into effect the day they are posted.
If you continue to use our Services after the changes are implemented, you are agreeing to the changes.
